Product information

Product pages list price, images, available sizes, fit notes, material notes, and availability status. Colours and fit can vary slightly by screen, lighting, and production batch.

Availability

Products with cart buttons can be added to cart and ordered from checkout. Products marked Coming soon collect drop interest only and are not guaranteed until the drop opens.

Orders

An order is created when checkout details are submitted successfully. FOFF may contact the customer if address, size, payment, stock, or fraud checks require clarification.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are listed in Indian rupees. Taxes, shipping fees, discounts, or cash-on-delivery charges are shown where applicable before completion.

Customer responsibility

Customers must provide accurate contact, shipping, and size information. FOFF may refuse suspicious, abusive, incomplete, or operationally unserviceable orders.

Policy conflict

If a product page clearly marks a stricter condition, such as final sale or exchange-only, that product-specific condition applies to that product.
